The Employee takes a short 2-minute web-based survey, the questions they answer identify:

1. Job Pain - How they feel about their Job.
2. Situation Pain - Their opinion of their current Job situation.
3. Change Job Prediction​​ - Likeliness of quitting or looking for another Job. 

These results can be hidden, shown, or emailed to the Employee, certain scores or answers can be flagged for follow up with HR or the Management Team.

Scoring Legend (how likely they will be quitting or looking for another Job)

23-51 points: No change is needed; they are happy with their current position and company.
52-88 points: They are not completely happy where they are and looking for the negatives of the Job and or Company.
89-131 points: There’s indication that they will start thinking on making a change as they are not happy with their job and company, and they strongly believe a Job change is needed to improve their situation.
132-170 points: They are starting to look for another Job or have already applied for another Job.
