Our Team
Sid Plamondon- Business DevelopmentSid was the founder of a company called Home-Net, which developed software and tools to facilitate online shopping back in 1995. In this role he was the lead developer, creator of the shopping platform & algorithms to improve shopping decisions, eventually closing it down as the market was not ready.
Sid took a few years to focus on his family and eventually started developing a software program specifically used to train employees using standard operating procedures powered by algorithms to manage the process. He also created a software tool to allow managers and supervisors to document and deploy procedures with testing over the Internet\Lan. The SOPS could be printed for manuals and viewed on any Handheld or Fixed device capable of displaying images or video. The software tool was received well from technical savvy people but did not gain traction as it was too soon to market. In 2017 Sid started testing his Algorithms on CRM Data to see if he could identify Prospect buying signals and Developed the Sales Probability Algorithm TM. |

How It Began
While driving home from a long day on the road doing sales calls, I received a call from the Management team with a specific question. They needed to know (in a relatively quick fashion) how many customers in the rural town I have called on for the past 2 years, that have expressed a need for a specialized transportation service which was not part of our offering.
When I got home I fired up the laptop, signed into the VPN and pulled my meeting details for the last 2 years. Boom, I had over four thousand meeting notes to go through on top of my regular end of day duties. Boy, was I excited at the functionality of the CRM, but soon realized that this was going to be a labor intensive process. I asked Google for suggestions to sort this data. and there were more suggestions than the meetings I had to review.
Luckily for me I had experience with programing from a previous life. I exported the file from the CRM, applied a few data filters and narrowed down the meetings to a few hundred. With coffee in hand, I started to read the meeting notes, when I came across a meeting which mentioned a conversation I had with a prospect talking about specialized transportation service. Funny, I could not remember the meeting but after reading the notes it all came back to me. There were some profile keywords that I had used in the meeting, I thought to myself I am sure I must have used the same conversation tactics with other customers. One by one, I searched my Data for the similar conversations, and it narrowed the list down even further, three hours later I found a small list of customers that expressed a need for this transportation service.
I said to Clayton there must be a better way. Our journey began!
